Dariusz Pluta has extensive experience in court proceedings, having represented numerous clients before civil, administrative and criminal courts. He is the author of several publications concerning the establishment and regulation of rights related to real estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dariusz Pluta graduated from the Law and Administration Department of Warsaw University in 1989, after which he was Secretary of the Polish Senate\u2019s Initiatives and Legislative Works Commission and Secretary of the Rules and Senate Matters Commission. He held these posts between 1989 and 1991. Mr. Pluta also undertook an internship, among others, at the Chancellery of the House of Commons and the House of Lords in the United Kingdom, and at the Chancellery of the French Republic\u2019s Senate. In 1995 he completed his barrister training in Warsaw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 1991, Dariusz Pluta was an expert in the Rules and Senate Matters Commission and was the author of the draft of amendments to the Rules of the Polish Senate. In 2000, he took the part of Head Bar Council expert to those Parliamentary Commissions concerned with the legislative passage of the \u201cBusiness Activity Law\u201d Act. He is a lecturer in copyright law and press law within the scope of the training organised by the Warsaw Bar Association for barristers and barrister trainees at the Warsaw Bar Association.
