He is in charge of the German Desk. He has become a partner in 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He graduated from the Law and Administration Faculty of Warsaw University. He has been a scholarship student of the Law and Economics School of the University of Bonn for almost three years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2015-2017 \u2013 director of the German Law School at the Law and Administration Faculty of \u0141azarski University in Warsaw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main areas of his professional practice are Intellectual Property Law, in particular Copyright Law, as well as the legal aspects of e-commerce and unfair competition law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jan Wiegner has also experience in commercial law.
